STFU about your mild weather

Ok, Finally things are back to normal. Midwest sucks during the winter months, and the Pacific NW is mild,.and tolerable. FINALLY! Afterall, I left MO to live here to escape those treacherous winter months about 17 yrs ago, and over the last 5yrs have had to endure the constant snide comments from family on "how my flowers are blooming in Feb" & " I'm wearing shorts and tee shirts" in March, blah blah blah. Finally my investment in a milder climate is paying off. Afterall,.it costs 3xs more to live here, and its worth every penny. But as you age, and income shrinks, you wonder, is there cheaper, more comfortable places to live where there is no winter? Well MO,.OK, and TX are not those places. Thank you god,.if I had to see one more fb post shoving 60 degrees in Jan. in my face,.I was going to lose it! Now,you get what you pay for. You live cheaper because the weather sucks, stop trying to convince me I made a mistake leaving there! Pac NW Winters are mild yet wet, and I'm totally fine with that. If you don't like cold, pay more, live elsewhere!
